Vendor Registration

Teachers always look forward to visiting the vendors, watching demonstrations, experimenting and learning new ways to use art media, seeking new materials and suppliers, and taking away new ideas and samples to introduce to their students.

EXHIBIT SPACE: The exhibit space rates are $300 for one booth and $275 for each additional booth. There are additional fees for add-ons. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Final payment is due on Friday, October 13, 2017.  No refund will be granted if cancellation is made after this date.

VENDOR SCHEDULE:   (Vendors may close down for breaks and lunch)

  • Thursday, October 26; 3-5pm: Vendor Set-up
  • Friday, October 27; 8am-6:30pm: Vendors open
  • Saturday, October 28; 9am-12:30pm: Vendors open
  • Saturday, October 28; 12:30-2:30: Vendor tear down

SAMPLES & DOOR PRIZES: We hope that you, as an exhibitor/vendor, will also be willing to donate samples and door prizes as incentives for our members to continue to patronize your business. If you would like to ship these samples and door prizes in advance, please feel free to send them to my school address below. Make sure that you designate it as TAEA Donation and send it to my attention.
